Bob just said that Dusty was able to put all 3 2nd basemen in due to necessity. What????

Walker started, Neifi pinch-hit for Ohman in the sixth, who was in the No. 6 spot due to Dusty double switching Ohman and Pagan.

Neifi stayed in the game. When Williamson could throw strikes Dusty double-switched again, took Ronnie out, slid Neifi over to short and put Hairston in at second.

BeerWife just called to ask me if I want skybox seats to this Saturday's game (no cost)

I love my wife.

You clearly have not a done very good job with the training. She should know not to even have to ask.

I teach on Saturdays and she had to make sure I could get out of it.

btw

Pujols with 2 homers and 4 RBI on the day so far.

Miles is a homer short for the cycle.

Cards 13

Phils 1

If Miles has a good year, I will be convinced that Jocketty and LaRussa have signed some sort of Faustian pact signed in the blood of Cubs fans.

:lmao:

I think Dusty has managed a good game today.

Is that 3 walks for D. Lee today? That's just not being aggressive...

Lee's doing a great job of clogging the bases :D

that ball was smoked.

If that were Prior, it would have hit him in the face and ended his career.
