Who else is tired of seeing the Cubs win 3, lose 2, win 1, lose 3, type crap?

The Cubs won 5 in a row, now watch they'll lose 5in a row. I am pretty sure, that if Lou would go with this lineup: Sori/Fuku/Lee/ARam/Soto/DeRo/Pie/Cedeno, this team could take off as a dang good team. I think Bruce Miles needs to get the concept of "giving your best hitters more at-bats then your crappy hitters" across to Lou.

The Phils are a good team, but we should be kicking the crap out of them, not the other way around.

Well I might get tired of it once it happens...

Let me ask it again, were you tired of it, last yr? Because it looks like they are going to fall back into that "Cub tradition" or playing just above medocrity, to tease fans.

We go to Pittsburgh, and we can't be beat.... but we come to Philadelphia, CT joins us, and all of a sudden the CUBS come up short hog at the trough. Coincidence ??

Personally, I blame CT.

Go CUBS !!

always a good policy

I wonder which would get us more money - CT's ticket for tomorrow, or CT himself on the black market? Either way, the Cubs will thank us.

I'm amazed that some of you actually believe the Cubs are good. The Cubs are not a good team. Good teams do not have guys like Soriano leading off, Theriot playing SS, Pie in center, Lilly as a #2. Soriano has an OBP of .230 & does not steal bases anymore. He literally swings at everything. He does not know the strikezone any better then my 5 yr old. He is a mental midget when it comes to the plate. A good GM would have known that Lilly overachieved last year in his first yr in the NL. Instead, he assumed he'd be the same. Instead of getting Roberts early when he had the chance, he didn't pull the trigger & the cost went up. When it finally dawned on him that Roberts is exactly what the offense needed at the top, he focused so hard on it that he did not pursue Dan Haren or an upgrade at SS. Jim Hendry is the problem. He's the one that paid Jim Marquis all that money as well as all of the Dusty rejects. He misread Corey Patterson & kept counting on Prior when the writing was on the wall. This team may very well win the NL Central but that's lke being named the pork queen at the county fair.

How close can you zoom in on the tarp along the leftfield line? If you go in far you'll see me.

Section 135, row 1. Not many foul balls, although the guy next to me got one, and the kids to the other side had a few handed to them. Then, on Sunday, there were at least a dozen hit in that area thanks to Moyer's slowness and over anxious righties.
