    I'm hoping he has at least started to realize that now. Barney has been in the 8th spot 3 games in a row (2 against a left-hander and one against a right-hander). In fact, last night's lineup was probably the best one of the year. Welp that's my bad. I'm so apathetic I haven't been paying much attention since the holiday weekend.

    Yeah I admit I may be over-reacting but THIS is the kind of thing that makes me cringe when I read posts saying "why get rid of Quade in-season. it doesn't matter." I had a similar reaction when peeps were arguing about dumping Dusty his final season. I think it clearly does matter even if Mateo/Stevens aren't exactly key pieces to the organization going forward. Then again, Quade also bumbled the use of Garza earlier this season as well. JMO.
