Ideally I want A's-Padres. I wouldn't mind Minnesota in place of the A's though. A series in Oakland provides the potential to go to a World Series game.

No, we are using statistical evidence to back up our argument, and mg420 is simply saying "no". There's a large difference there. of course every one knows that statistics are the only thing that really matter in baseball and there is no way to interpret them to your advantage. all hail the mighty numbers! Wow, sarcasm? Name one instance where Clemens has exhibited anything below class-act standards, personality wise. throwing the broken bat at mike piazza as he was running to 1b. "I thought it was the ball" I've hated Clemens ever since. Same here. That was the most pathetic excuse of all time. I have to give Clemens the nod for that one.

I won't miss baseball at least until college football is over but likely not until the NFL is done.
