    From playoff hopeful to best odds at the top pick in the draft in one month. What a disaster. McKenna is no longer the presumptive first pick. Maybe they end up with another Swede with Ivar Stenberg

    Sirius XM. The car just airs the local broadcast but the app can get you the specific team. I’ve driven through all or part of most Sunday games this season.

    When I was a kid my dad would often play the Bears radio play by play over a muted tv. My guess is if you do that now you might like the guy for his homerism, but with streaming and lagging you probably can’t do that all that well.

    Joniak is awful. I’ve had to listen to a lot of Bears games while driving this year. He is incapable of informing a non viewing listener about what is happening on the field. It’s crazy to me that this guy does radio play by play. He’s lost. You’d think the intonation of his voice would suggest whether a play was good or bad for the Bears. Nope. Going for it on first down, you’ll have to wait for him to digest the result of the play and try and come up with an explanation before you have any idea if the offensive team made it. He spends more time trying to come up with the iceman cometh lines than actually describing plays on the field

    Waiting for the PP to end and then pulling your goalie without having possession is some real “tanking” garbage.

    The Bears are 3 point underdogs in the penultimate regular season game of the year, one in which they could have already clinched the division before kickoff. SF is in a dogfight for their division, and will be motivated to win this one. These are two top ten offenses in terms of scoring and yards, and two mid-tier defenses. It has all the makings of a playoff preview, and should make for good TV.

    A letdown game is possible after clinching a playoff spot, but this isn’t a trap game. They are underdogs on the road against a Super Bowl contender.

    Generally speaking, driving from a rural area to a city is much easier than driving from one suburban area, around a city into another suburban area. for me a 15 mile trip east is an entirely different animal than a 15 mile trip west

    DC to Baltimore is about 1/4th the distance as Chicago to Indy. The commanders had little wiggle room to avoid their territory. Chicago in nw Indiana would not have a real effect on the colts.

    There isn’t a team in NYC but the two teams that play in New Jersey are still called NY. The Chicago Bears playing in nw Indiana would still be the Chicago Bears, just as the Chicago Bears playing in Arlington heights would be the Chicago Bears

    Which is why I said they will have to be replaced in year one of Caleb’s deal draft one per year in 26/27/28 and you can do that.
