Color me very surprised that we got through almost three pages of serious discussion about racing before someone inevitably made this comment. that was a serious discussion about racing? I thought it was I'm not a lawyer but I play one on tv 101.

Right. If you watch the video, the car in front of Stewart had to swerve to miss the kid. As tragic as this is, I really think the person at fault here was the kid that died. It would be nice if they could prosecute everybody who decided to be a fan of racing in the first place.

Why uh-oh? This is the same stuff he's been preaching since he got here. I assume it has something to do with the Martellus situation and the uh-oh is regarding what others have said about Bennett not being the kind of guy to adjust his mentality.
