Who, in their right minds, would give him another chance? He was given the GM job with an ever increasing payroll, one of the top minor league organizations in baseball and much roster flexibility (limited guaranteed long term contracts. The sky was the limit. Basically, he was given what any GM would dream of having at their disposal. How is that working out right now? Not so good. I'm sure the baseball world will find a job for him somewhere, Ed Lynch style.
