  1. Are Braxton Jones and Kiran Amegadjie both on the IL?
  2. That was Caleb's worst half of the year. Missing several open receivers was bad, but holding the ball in the end zone was inexcusable.
  3. Depends what quarter it is.
  4. The Bears simply cannot punt again today. They need to score on every possession and hope the defense lucks into a turnover or two.
  5. What was worse - The Bears defense or the CBS coverage?
  6. The running game is destroying the Bears defense.
  7. I don't understand how we have so many injuries. Is this happening all across the NFL or is it only the Bears who lose multiple starters every week?
  8. As if NBA basketball isn't unwatchable enough, these court colors are getting out of control. I don't want to watch a game that makes it look like my TV is broken.
  9. I think someone already mentioned this, but if the Cubs are going to trade a guy like Taillon, it won't be at the deadline. Unless you think they are going to be selling at the deadline, which would be a problem.
  10. Don't forget the impact of any possible extensions (Nico, PCA) that would further eat into that remaining money. Maybe this is the year that Tom signs off on going into luxury tax territory. They will have a ton of money coming off the books ahead of whatever happens in 2027, so it would be easy to get back down under the tax again, especially if they fill out the roster with several bullpen arms on 1 year deals. I guess Cubs ownership hasn't shown anything to make us think they would do that, but if there was ever a season where they could do it with minimal risk to future payrolls, this would be the one.
  11. I thought for sure that was wide left off the foot.
  12. Santos could be kicking for his job here.
  13. Duverney finally shows up.
  14. Yeah, that was pretty clear. The ball was away and the hit was entirely avoidable by the defender.
  15. Come on DJ. That's the second of those today (the first you got lucky and somehow caught it off the bobble).
  16. Santos makes that kick like 96% of the time. *Made up stat but that seems about right
  17. Great. Should have been an INT. Instead, 2 more secondary guys are hurt.
  18. People complain about Brady, but I think he's been fine today.
  19. Despite the missed call, credit to Homer for fighting back close to the line of scrimmage to remain at the edge of field goal range. Those extra 4-5 yards were a big deal.
  20. Gotta say Santos is having a nice day so far. The field goal was a gimme, so no big deal there, but his kickoffs have been pretty good too. I like how he has been angling the kicks towards the sideline (without going out of bounds).
  21. That was helmet right into Kmet's helmet. I'm sure the Vikings guy is concussed, but shouldn't that also be a personal foul?
  22. A little bit of a mix-and-match. Tomi is a starter, so that's one missing from last night. Then you have Petrovic and Brandon Lee, either one who MIGHT start over Wagler, but that may change now. I think the plan was for Lee to be the starter prior to his injury, but Wagler's performance may change that. And then Rodgers I would say is purely a bench guy. There are legitimately at least 10 guys though who could see significant minutes on a nightly basis, and a few more players beyond that who could contribute in spots. If everyone is healthy, it's going to be really hard to keep everyone happy.
