  1. We're seeing way too to much of that on critical downs.
  2. Is it just me or does Caleb keep stepping back (and then scrambling for a tough throw) to avoid the pressure rather than stepping up into the pocket? Maybe there just isn't a pocket, but the scrambling backwards isn't working.
  3. "Never had a chance" I disagree. No, it wasn't a high percentage throw, but Caleb put the ball there.
  4. Tough run by Swift... something I'm not used to saying.
  5. I thought the penalty was called on Brisker.
  6. That level of blown coverage can't happen in the NFL.
  7. That was even easier still.
  8. That explanation from Aikman cleared things up absolutely zero.
  9. You know it's bad when the guys in the booth can't even figure out what the refs are calling.
  10. What the horsefeathers was that call?
  11. Now if they could only find their first round TE.
  12. I think I like these Commanders uniforms. I appreciate the simplicity.
  13. Was that not a shot to the head?
  14. Get used to it. Ben Johnson isn't kicking the FG in that situation, ever.
  15. Please lose this challenge just for the sheer stupidity of challenging.
  16. By "fill in the gaps", I meant more 4th outfield types. I certainly don't want to hand Owen Caissie a starting outfield job on spring training.
  17. I like Happ and he probably isn't going anywhere, but for me it would be about doing something different. There just aren't many places to change things up in the lineup. I know the advanced metrics show that even when Happ is going bad he isn't really bad, but for WHATEVER reason he seems to be more prone to extreme swings in offensive outcomes.
  18. Not necessarily. Seiya is fine in RF, Ballasteros can fill DH, and you still have Caissie/Alcantara to fill in the gaps.
  19. Trade Happ, extend Hoerner. Get at least one big corner OF bat. Try to find someone to fill the hole at 3B (you can't go into next season with Shaw penciled in as the starter).
  20. I've gone back and forth on the Kittredge option decision, but I'm leaning toward $9M (8 after the buyout) being too much for what he brings at age 36. Assuming if course that Ricketts will spend that money somewhere else.
