Wow, that was wonderful, Nocioni.

Oh, imagine if the refs made the right call on the Duhon and-1 play at the end of the third quarter.

While I understand your frustration, it is impossible to say that they would have won the game with that shot.

Yes, that's why I carefully worded my statement to show that one doesn't know what would have happened if the refs had called the play correctly.

I only hate the Knicks and Cavs. Knicks because they have so many unlikable ex-Bulls on the team, and Cavs because I can't stand how much leeway the refs give LeBron. I can only imagine how irritating it would be to play against Kobe more than twice a year with the calls he gets either.

I hate the Cavs. Never liked them before, was hoping they would collapse like they were starting to, thought this game would be the straw that broke the camel's back. Now I hate them more.

No disrespect Mike Aller, I like you as a person, but I hate your team.

Teams I hate the most:

1. Knicks

2. Pistons

3. Cavs

4. Wizards

5. Raptors (not nearly as much hate now that Jalen is gone)

Cavs are not good. I like LeBron James, but man oh man, he is not clutch. He does not have that killer instinct yet. I also hate the Mavs, by the way. Very arrogant fans for never having done anything.

The Cavs aren't good? They lost 5 in a row and were still at least 3 wins ahead of everyone in the conference except Detroit and Miami. They've also been playing without Hughes for quite a while(18-10 with Hughes, 15-16 without him). As for James, he's had his share of goof ups late in games, but he's also made some great plays when everyone in the arena knows he'll be trying to make the play.

Maybe not but points are points and that should've been called.

I refuse to blame the refs for these things though:

- Un-clutch FT shooting by Gordon and Hinrich

- Nocioni becoming brainless at the end of games

- Skiles not drawing up a play for Gordon to get the ball right away (not off a stupid two-pass)

- Flip Murray inexplicably shooting the best 3-pointer of his life when it comes late in the game down 2 to the Bulls

You forgot the most important one. The Bulls inability to make about 10 layups today. That was pathetic.

Yeah, I'm not exactly sure where he came from saying we're not good. We have the second best offensive center in the East, by far. Our PF position is as deep as anyone in the NBA. We have LeBron, and Hughes. Snow is our only weak link, and he has just under a 3-to-1 assist/turnover ratio.

I hardly think the Cavs aren't good. =/

Ehh, I don't take offense, because I obviously hated the bulls for a long time. I kind of like them now, just because I like how they built their team (reminds me of the indians), but LeBron doesn't get a ton of calls that shouldn't be called. Then again, I have a bias opinion.

So...

how many games will this team lose that they should have won?

has to be over 10, probably closer to 15 games. Absolutely sick how we have blown so many games this year.

and btw, I hate the Cavs a lot too..not on the level of the Knicks and Pistons, but they are up there. Mostly because of the bandwagon Cavs "fans" at my school. LeBron gets way too much star treatment too, another thing that definitely turns me off from the NBA. I also don't like how pretty much every one of their games is on network TV just because of LeBron. Hello, we made the playoffs last year and I can count the number of network games that we have had this year on one hand. Something is not right with that.

Actually, we've had a fair few national games this year. More than I expected actually considering we still don't really have a "star", and the NBA's TV schedule pretty much revolves around LeBron, T-Mac, Kobe, Carmelo, the Pistons, Shaq/Wade, and AI.

The most frustrating thing is how they've blown those games. If I didn't know any better I would have thought they were trying to lose these games. Ben Gordon inexplicably going soft on the layup, Noce not grabbing that ball, Noce helping on defense when you HAVE to guard the perimeter. Seriously, these are mistakes caused from continuous lapses in mental concentration. It's nauseating.

One other aspect I've noticed about this team is an inner will/passion to want these games. Although many people associate playing hard and a will to win synomously (they are closely linked), they are two distinctly different beasts. There's nary a night where I doubt this team's effort. However there are several nights where I question this team's desire and will. Where' the passion? Where's the ferocity? At some point, this team will HAVE to supplement its hard nose play with that desire. Last year it was evident. This year that quality is AWOL. Can they get it back? I hope so, because I'm afraid if they don't their playoff chances are slim and none.

Bandwagon fans have made me mad too, so I feel you on that one. However, the NBA is a business, and they are into making money. LeBron draws viewers, the same as other 'big-name' players, mostly because a lot of viewers aren't exactly smart, basketball wise. It sucks, but it happens.

Without Larry Hughes, I see the Cavs as a first round knock out. I probably wrote that too soon after a very angering game, but I was just not impressed with the Cavs. Maybe that would change if they had Gooden and Hughes, but I really didn't see anything in the Cavs that made me say wow. Besides James, that is.

we've had I believe 4 TNT games and 1 ESPN game. Our first, and only, ABC game isn't until we play the Heat either later this month or early next month. I really thought we'd have more games on national TV seeing after last year, we were the only big market out of the "Big 3" to actually have a good team last year. That fact alone I thought should have gave us more TV games. Oh well..just one of my pet peeves about the Cavs.

Without Hughes, you are probably right. But with Hughes, I can see us playing as good as anyone. He makes such a difference. Defensively, offensively, etc.

That we can both agree on.

As a Cavs fan living in Missouri, I think you're overstating the TV exposure that they've gotten this year. It's greater than last year no doubt, but it's deserved with them having a good team with one of the best players in the league. After all, if you're not a fan of the team that's playing, you're probably more interested in watching LeBron play than the Bulls or a team without a definitive star.

We learned this in the 2005 first-round playoff series. :(

That we did. And as frustrating as this season has been, and it has been one of the most frustrating because of all the close losses, the future is very, very bright. With what's looing to be a top pick in the draft and some money to spend, I think next season the Bulls could jump into the top half of the East. I wish, though, they could just make hte playoffs this year, just for confidence if nothing else.

I love the Cavs. They were the Bulls personal You Know What's for many years. I loved smacking em around.

It was like a little toy.

Curry dominating us.

And the 3's. Ouch.

Another bad Bulls season. '05 was fun while it lasted, *sigh*
