Guillen gives the choke sign to the Cleveland crowd when making a pitching change yesterday.

Typical of this team and their fans. Go Boston.

How is this typical? Can you site other incidents similar to this from the White Sox this year?

Maybe not the White Sox, but Guillen did the same thing to us during the 2003 playoffs. I hope they get swept and as Foulke comes out to pitch the 9th, not necessarily a save, but still, he looks at Guillen and does that to him. And then strikes out the side in order.

Every year for the past 4 years, the Sox telling the media that they're better than the Twins.

"Magglio Ordonez is a Venezuelan #####! He's got an enemy (More ##### and more hateful obnoxiousness)"

Buehrle's whining about the Rangers supposed cheating from a team whose fans would gloat for years about what a great sign stealer Nossek was.

Guillen's whining at every single oppurtunity possible about everything and anything.

If Podsednik's mediocre year didn't appeal so well to old-schoolers, I can't understand why anyone would root for this sham of a team.

Sham? 99 win sham? C'mon, I know people hate the Sox, but a crappy team doesn't luck it's way into 99 wins.

All those things you listed are inexcusable, but I could got item for item with the Cubs actions the past 2 years as well.

I've said it many times before ... that organization is the pits. You won't find a more vile class of people anywhere in the world of sports.

I don't think anything could come close to Guillen giving the other team the choke sign during a pitching change. They really need to be exposed by Boston.

they play in a crappy division. .500 against the rest of the league.

And the Cubs played winning ball against THEIR division and where did that get them?

I hate the Sox, but I don't know how you can call their division crappy. The only NL team with more wins than Cleveland was the Cards. The Twins are solid and Detroit was around .500 for a while. But they will still be out first round.

That will be the heart of their order.

Wow, how can a coach get away with that? I don't care about the White Sox either way, but that is ridiculous, I would think a fine would be in order. You can't have managers going around acting like 14 year olds. (no offense Roast)

I learned a lot about the Sox while in Chicago for the Cubs/Sox series at Wrigley. I loved the amount of time they spent ripping on Wrigley. Be sure to e-mail that picture to him once they get eliminated.

I'd love for the White Sox to go up 2-0, then choke, the Red Sox blow them out in the 5th game on thier way to victory, and one of the pitchers makes the choke sign to the White Sox bench.

Wonder how Ozzie would react then. I bet the look on his face would be priceless.

Oh come on. If the Cubs had a huge division lead over the Cardinals, and all you heard from Cardinals fans was that you were about to have the biggest choke of all time, only have the Cardinals collapse against the Cubs in the last few games of the season in St. Louis ensuring us of the division title, and Dusty Baker was making that gesture towards the fans, we'd all be celebrating at how hilarious that is and how the St. Louis fans deserved it.

At least I would.

No, I think I'd still classify it as classless.

Oh, lighten up. It's a game, ribbing of the opposing team's fans should be encouraged.

No Rocket, I disagree. That was a classless move, by a classless individual.

I don't care for Baker, but he would not do something like that.

The fans can get away with that, and that's OK, but this guy Guillen.....just a lowlife.

I hope the Sox get swept and shut out. 0-3.

the sox are a fluke. the indians will run that division for the next 10 years. guillen will be looking up at the indians for the next 2 years of his life, only to get fired after his lineup, unable to score or hit over .230, fails to win 70 games for a second straight season.
