The team's primary color is blue right? Wouldn't it make sense for them to wear a jersey with that color? The blues should be the normal road jerseys. Get rid of the horrible, sweat pants looking gray uniforms. I don't care if it does say "Chicago" across the front. The team looks stupid in them.

You are wrong, and your father smells of elderberries.

Thank you. I'll be here all week.

I don't think the blue top should be worn at home. They should always wear the traditional pinstripes in my opinion.

I like the road grays as they are now too...but I wouldn't be opposed to some tinkering of the road uniform.

I'd like the to wear the dark blue retro uniform that they wore in 1997 once as seen in this pic:

Definately the baby blue w/ pinstripes...totally studly. I can just see Prior on the mound dominating with those babies on...

The navy BP unis are nice, and I think I like that more than the royal blue, but navy isn't our color. Besides, we'd look just like the Twins (some Johnny come lately getting our own midget, pappy.)

The alt-unis get waaay too much wear, but I guess the players like them. Should be a once-a-week uniform, at most. I'm partial to the 60's look, but I grew up with the Cubs in pinstripes, so I'd vote to stick with them.

The grey road unis are fine - teams wear white at home, grey on the road. Home uni has the logo, road uni has the city name. That's how it should be. The one positive thing I'll say about the Yankees is that they haven't given in to the alt-uniform craze. And at least we don't have a mustard colored road uniform (SD).

Well, unfortunately they let the pitcher each day decide the uniforms, and Zambrano and Rusch always go blue. Maddux always goes traditional. I think Prior goes white at home and blue on the road?

I can't even picture Zambrano in a white or grey uniform. Sad.

The Blue jerseys are fugly because they look like spring training or warm up jerseys. They are always baggy and look untailored. Plus the logo is dumb, and they wear them WAYYYYY too often.

Prior, like Maddux, always goes traditional too. He never uses the blue jersey. Now with Williams starting, he's just like Zambrano/Rusch. He's went with the blue jersey every time he's started. I don't mind the alternate jersey too much, but I would like to see the pinstripes and the road gray used a little bit more.

I agree. I think we should use the traditional white/gray more. The alternates are supposed to be worn occasionally, but it seems like we wear them about half of the time.

I like our jerseys more when they had the name on the back. They still look weird without names.

He doesn't do it often, but he wears the blues from time to time.

Santo was talking about that on the air a while back. Not every team allows the starter to pick, but most of them do. He said it varies from team to team. Sometimes the manager picks, sometimes the clubhouse manager picks, etc.

I like it this way though. The pitcher is probably the most superstitious guy out there. I want him to go with what's going to make him comfortable.

I like the uni Vance posted.

I've always wondered why in the past few years some teams do the retro uniforms for certain Sunday games, but I can't recall the Cubs (a team with a lot of history) doing that. I would like to see them pull some of the old unis out every once in a while just to change things up a bit.

The blues seem too plain for you? What about the gray uniforms?

I love the pinstripes and the blues. And if the Cubs change their logos, I might break down and cry for the rest of my life.

Agreed on all points.

Pinstripes and Blues rock. Gray uni's are my least favorite. If the cubs change their logo, I will cry like a little girl.
