You don't have to make a personal attack/sarcastic comment.

 

Alot of times I post on emotion in game threads. I do however think once Nomar gets better, he should be #2. Walker seems to do better batting 6th, though I'm interested in seeing his stats in different slots.

It's a possibility, he's seeing some good pitches right now in the 5 spot, and I think he has more power than T-Walk. I'm not sure if I'd want him in the 2 spot, but point taken.

A couple days ago, a single father (weightlifter...ahem) comes to the office next to mine to visit the single mother who works there. He's asking advice on raising his daughter.

 

The daughter has a female rash. THe singlemother suggests giving her yogurt. The guy responds with (in best jock voice).."you want me to put yogurt down there?!?"

 

I can't say yogurt without laughing...

I edited out my comment almost immediately, because I too post on emotion once in awhile. Apologies for the attack, it just struck me as a very knee jerk reaction, considering DLee also GIDP with 2 men on earlier, and there was no such proposal.

 

 

Now, who else BESIDES me wants to see Wood in this game, and not one of our Scrub Bullpen guys.

 

And, I would much rather see Barrett or Nomar behind Ramirez, Burnitz is a joke of protection

 

(EDIT: THough he came through that at -bat).

It's a possibility, he's seeing some good pitches right now in the 5 spot, and I think he has more power than T-Walk. I'm not sure if I'd want him in the 2 spot, but point taken.

 

My rationale is that he is a free swinger, but he does tend to make contact. I think that's a respectable combo toward the top of the order. But definitely not first - leadoff has two responsibilities: (1) get on base, and (2) get the pitcher to throw as many pitches as possible, so your team can see what he has/n't got.

Really, though. We can score if Albert bats in an inning. Otherwise, we seem anemic.
