Hey guys I don't have much time here, but need some help. Do you have the address to e-mail Len and Bob in the booth during WGN games?

It's my girlfriend's birthday today (she's a big Cubs fan too) and I thought I would take a shot at it and see if they would mention it on air.

Thanks.

Anyone?

Has Barrett pretty much doubled his walk output in the past 3 days or what?

He's definitely seeing the ball well right now. Here's an interesting breakdown for you........

Hey all--I just got home from church so I don't know if this has already been discussed, but why can Burnitz not get the day off against a lefty if it is soooooooooooooo very vitale that we get Holly a game. Also, why is dusty quoted as saying he just cannot let Holly not play for 8-9 days because it is not fair to him, but he can do it to a ROOKIE--ronny cedeno and it is no problem

I just don't understand this reasoning!--please help me

28 pitches for Leiter in the first. Only 9 for Maddux! That's as good a sign as any for this game.

edit: Sorry, it was 5 strikes and 9 pitches total.

Dude, his luck is starting to turn, dude.

Moved Perez up to 7th, and put Holla 8th to protect him. See what a difference that makes ??

Dusty's a crafty one!

Just think of how many runs would be on the board right now if they weren't swining at junk in the dirt.

Whoa. What the hell was Holly swinging at there!?

And again, what the hell was he swinging at on strike three?

But my question was why not take out another lefty Burnitz and leave in the guy who sparked us out of the losing streeak--Murton!

It is what it is, dude.

I think the fair answer is that Burnitz has been an everday player his entire career so he's used to facing lefties. Also, I think the word coming from the GM is that Murton will get the bulk of the playing time (or at least a chance to prove himself or trade value) so, as Dusty said, if Holla didnt get a start today he may not get one for well over a week.
