That's a good no call.  He left his feet before the slide started and then did everything he could to avoid the contact after he saw the slide.

He lowers to hit the QB before the QB even starts to slide, how is he supposed to stop that because the QB drops to slide. His momentum doesn't instantly stop, he can't defy physics.

If someone hit Caleb like that when he was sliding I would definitely want a flag. I think it's a missed call

Agreed. You have to let a guy running towards the QB make a play as long as it’s not head to head.
