I am curious how long Conrad plays in AZ

I suspect with all the time missed it's going to be a slow burn at MB.  Even if he's OPSing like 1.200 there's no Cam Smith style march to AA on the table I'd think.  But do they take it slow even in the ACL?

i wouldn't be surprised if they slow burn him and start him in MB when the minor league second half starts

I have to imagine they play it very, very cautiously with him. Being in the ACL means he has immediate access to high quality trainers, facilities, and medical staff, and with a back injury like he had, they'll likely want to be extremely careful with him.

He'll get promoted in due time, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him in the ACL for a few weeks.

Conrad looked stiff in that clip.  Guessing his back isn't 100% yet.  Or else that after months avoiding bending, that he's just not fully free to trust it yet.

He hit the ball 105mph in that clip. I'd hesitate to say he looked stiff when he made incredibly solid contact. Could be strong body control to get to that ball.
