Amaya has been a very pleasant surprise. Let’s just hope he settles in relatively quickly when he comes back and is fully healed. Unlike Kelly I still expect him to be a plus bat all season long. He made a nice adjustment at the plate around July of last year.

Who had both the Brewers and Cardinals being this good? I’m struggling in watching both of those teams continue to win. 
 

Brewers have won 10 of 12. 
Cardinals have won 22 of their last 31.

Honestly, horsefeathers them both, ultimately, the Cubs are the better team and will win the Central.  I'll give you it's annoying as horsefeathers because I don't believe either of those teams are that good, not bad, but, not 10-2 and 22-9 good.

Watching the condensed game boy, was the HP umpire off, does anyone have his chart?  I'll give him credit for admitting to the Cubs he got some wrong and will get better, nevertheless, the Tigers were the primary benefactors.  Cubs did get few later in the game.
