-Congrats to Vazquez on his first career RBI.  We’ll ignore the fact that it was off a position player

-I can’t believe Billy McKinney is still in the majors. Has played in every season since 2018, but only 2 seasons where he’s played more than 48 games in the majors. Also somehow has played on 7 different teams over that timespan

Yea, back in 2016, I would of never of had Mckinney having a longer major league career then Russell.

This PCA stuff is getting wild.  It's only been a month, but the K rate feels particularly meaningful.  Like power is super streaky sure but going from striking out 25-30% of the time to striking out like 10% of the time is not normal ebbs and flows stuff.

I’m kind of surprised that PCA’s WAR hasn’t shot up to like 3 with his recent run. Dude seems to be affecting games in so many ways, hitting for power, taking walks, playing great defense at a premium position, stealing bases at a ridiculously high rate. 
 

I was surprised to see today that it’s “only” at 1.5 and I say that because I remember remarking at how he was worth a half a win while he was still not hitting at all and thinking about how much that was going to shoot up if he can start hitting even a little bit. He’s now hitting a lot a bit.

Doesn’t strikeout rate stabilize around 100 PAs or so? PCA is around 15% over his last 100 PAs.
