....and my offer to Vance goes for anyone with Red Sox tix or White Sox tix. Those are the only two series I'm currently interested in trading for. You can PM me what you have/what you are looking for. If I have an interest in any other date or decide I want to trade some tix because I can't make it or something, I'll let you all know in the future. It really would be cool to have a specific forum for this. I have a night/weekend plan, so I don't have weekday games.

I was under the impression they got rid of the night/weekend package...now im pissed.

They may have stopped selling them, but for all the people that had them, of course we would get to keep ours.

Games I am still looking for:

At least 2 for any White Sox game.

3 or 4 for September 24th.

If anyone has these tickets, and are willing to sell them, please PM Me or post here. I also might have some tickets I would be willing to give up as well.

Here are the tickets I got:

April 10th vs. Brewers - Sect. BLCHR     Row GA    Seats 1331, 1332, 1333, 1334

April 23rd vs. Pirates - Sect. 509      Row 8    Seats 102, 103, 104, 105

September 16th vs. Cards - Sect. 533     Row 9     Seats 7, 8, 9, 10

May 7th vs. Phillies - Sect. 503      Row 4     Seats 101, 102, 103, 104

Thanks,

Yeah, the stopped selling those to new season ticket seekers in 2003 because the demand for season tickets was so high.

Bastards!! Although I did create my own night and weekend bleacher package yesterday so I shouldn't be complaining. After all my work yesterday, now I feel I can brag about what I got...not sure if this is a complete list as I am still trying to track down everything I bought for myself. Hopefully we can get a tickets exchange out here, because some of these may become available. The only game I wanted but didn't get was June 13-FLA. But if anyone has any on here they should push them vance's way...maybe I could facilitate a 3 way trade so Vance can get tix.

Last year was the first year in a very long time that I was actually in a location that made it possible for me to attend a Cubs games. I didn't because the tickets got snatched up so quickly. This year I went into the VWR and ended up getting all the games I wanted to go to. Home opener, Home Closer, and a game agaisnt the Giants, plus I just bought tickets for the Brewers VS. Cubs in June. The only problem of course is that as the season goes on it is virtually impossible to go to Cubs games on a whim like I could do for the Phillies or now for the Brewers. I miss those days. The last time I went to a Cubs game was in 1998 and it didn't require me to buy tickets 6 months ahead of time to get good seats.

Check Here for Ryno Day Tickets

If you didn't get any for this game and want them check out this site. Yes, I am selling tickets on there. Yes, it is a shameless plug. I wish I could just give them away for face value but alas I am not yet an attorney with money. Merely, a law student which means I am broke because I pay about 30,000 a year to get tortured. Therefore, I must sell them to be able to go to games and still buy food. Both equally a necessity. :D

Uhhhh..you might be in a bit of trouble there. There is a limit of 42 total tickets for the entire weekend purchase. This will be verified by credit card/email/mailing address. You probably will have several of these purchases voided by the Cubs when they go thru their system - and you will NOT be notified if these are voided (see notice in the email you get after purchasing tickets

(from the website - http://chicago.cubs.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/chc/ticketing/singlegame.jsp

Ticket Limits: On February 25th, 26th and 27th various ticket limits will be put in place. These limits will be imposed by customer, household, credit card and e-mail address.

Internet customers that use computer-based scripting language will have all potential orders cancelled.

There will be a limit of six tickets per game.

Internet customers will be limited to one game per transaction of up to six (6) tickets.

Internet customers will be limited to a maximum of forty-two (42) tickets for the weekend.

from the email receipt

Any order exceeding ticket limits will be cancelled automatically without notice. Due to the large volume of orders placed the first few weeks of sales, your order may be delayed for up to 30 days after March 15th. If you have not received your order 1 week prior to your game date, please call 1-800-THE-CUBS.

There are ways around it...just using different credit cards/emails/shipping addresses/etc...I believe Nilo was aware of this, and worked around it. At least I hope so for all those people he bought tickets for.

I bought a couple tickets for the game against the Mets on May 5th today. They aren't the greatest seats, but I just wanted to make sure I'd be able to get to atleast one game this year.

I also sent jjgman21 a PM inquiring about buying some tickets from if he indeed does have extras.

That's what multiple credit cards/email/mailing addresses are for. I maintain several just for my ticketing needs.

What? I think you took that the wrong way ... this ain't about being able to pay off the cards, it's all about getting them.

Does anyone know of a seating chart with pictures? Like, they have pictures of the field from your seats. I think Jon used to have one on his site, but I couldn't find it.

I got seats for the 613 game! Section 211! It looks like they've released more seats that weren't there yesterday.

If you were shut out it's worth a try today!

Damnit! only seats are in the bad 500s now...well Vance Im glad you got those tickets, but I would have been happy to facilitate a trade for you to take a couple of the sunday boston tix off of your hands.

I appreciate it anyways. And to all who helped, thanks. If any of you will be at Wrigley for the Sunday BoSox or Monday Marlins game, let me know...we can at least say hi.

I'll be at the Sunday Boston game, but I'll be kicking your arse so bad in fantasy by that time, that I don't think you'll want to say hi.
