I still think Crawford is a possibility if Jim is willing to give up the prospects. I know he struggles with his OBP a little, but he is a very effective leadoff man, so why not as long as they are not asking for Pie.

I am excited to see Murton. Remember Cabrera and Andruw Jones...I think he has similar hitting talent to those guys....we shall see if he can make the jump....Greenberg doesn't make sense to me though. Cpatt needs to be humbled....Dubois....well, he isn't going to improve as a fielder at this point so leave him up as a pinch hitter G hill type.

You can say that again! I think the fact that he showed the mid-90's velocity that was reported to be gone not too long ago was a great sign for him though.

I would have left him in to face Pena before pulling him for a righty.

Me too...as a Cub. :wink: I'm not really too concerned with the possibility he could be returned to the Cubs. If they wouldn't protect him in the Rule 5 draft, I really don't think he would have much of a future with us even if was returned after a lashing in the major leagues. I've accepted the fact that he's gone. It's the Royals, and I actually think Sisco will pitch pretty decent this year. He's gone.

I hope he dominates and wins a Cy Young some day. Just because Hendry made a moronic move doesn't mean you can't wish good things for him....unless you are a Hendry fan and don't want to see him embarrased.

I was under the impression they got rid of the night/weekend package...now im pissed. They may have stopped selling them, but for all the people that had them, of course we would get to keep ours.

....and my offer to Vance goes for anyone with Red Sox tix or White Sox tix. Those are the only two series I'm currently interested in trading for. You can PM me what you have/what you are looking for. If I have an interest in any other date or decide I want to trade some tix because I can't make it or something, I'll let you all know in the future. It really would be cool to have a specific forum for this. I have a night/weekend plan, so I don't have weekday games.

(I just wish you could have gotten me Fish tix on 6/13..lol) Have a great night! just doing my duty...anyone else on here would have done the same...I wish I could have gotten those tickets to, that was the one series i missed out on and def would have shared the wealth considering its not a 5 minute L ride for you to come up here. If you hear of anyone who got extras to that one, I still have the extra BoSox as of now. I do have a possible trade on the horizon, but I'm still trying. I'd love to be able to do two games on the trip instead of one. Vance, I may be interested in making a deal with you for those BoSox tix. How many are you dealing, where are they located, are they together, and what weekends would you be in town. I have season tix, so I am well equipped to deal with you.
