7/5 - Cubs (Steele) vs Brewers (Houser): 7:10pm, Marquee

The Cubs managed to squeak out a win after nearly blowing a big lead to the Brewers again.

The upside is that the Cubs have vastly improved starting pitching going into the final two games of the set. Today, Steele takes the mound.

Have to win both of these games so its a good thing Steele and Stroman are on the hill.  Hopefully they can each give 6-7 solid innings because I think our bullpen is a bit taxed and already not that good to begin with.

Tremendous victory. Odds are still against a real playoff run, but if one happens these two wins will be the fulcrum.
