What a great game. This TEAM is amazing. I always said they could beat Miami in the playoffs but I'm actually starting to believe it. I know Washington is nowhere near Miami, but this team plays with so much heart and maybe David can beat Goliath one more time. Let's worry about finishing off this series first though.

 

BTW, Noc's block at the end of the game on, I believe it was Hughes' dunk attempt, was great. That guy is such a beast. Great day to be a Bulls fan...that was probably the funnest game I've ever watched.

That said, shouldn't the strategy ("strategery") against Miami be to let Shaq run hog-wild but do everything you can to limit Wade and the rest of the team? It just seems like we'll have a better chance of doing that than stopping Shaq w/ Harrington, Davis, Reiner, and Funderburke.

Our pitching coach spent some time in the Seattle Organization as well as playing ball at IU. I'm wondering if that's the coach that Z knows :-k.

 

Edited sidenote: they may have shown Z also because Tom Dore is from Leyden as well. Wasn't watching the game, so don't know if Dore made any kind of mention in regards to his HS alma mater.

No, Shaq is one of those special players with no limits. If we let him go hog-wild, he is a threat to drop 40 or 50 on us. We need to find a way to keep him away from the hoop - don't let him dunk. Yes, he will make a lot of those short-range jumpers, but it at least limits him to how well he can shoot. If he can get through his man, I can't see the Heat losing. Shaq will see to that.

We play Leyden on May 21st...unfortunately the Cubs will be playing the Sox at that time :(
