I'd be all in on Higgins, more reserved about Ridley or Jeudy. That being said, how do we know any of them could be available again? Are these teams in cap hell?

They overpaid by giving up THEIR 2nd instead of the Ravens' 2nd. I probably wouldn't have given up more than the early 3rd, but I guess Green Bay thought they had him this morning and the Bears had to up which 2nd they offered to get the deal done and keep him from Green Bay.

 

Don't love the trade or the player. But the player is decent and I LOVE the insinuation that this regime is 100% behind Fields and are making a move to get him some professional WR help. There simply isn't a better guy available in free agency this offseason. And this gets Fields some help RIGHT NOW. St. Brown, Pringle and VJJ are all easily replaceable next year if they wish to add more depth here.

I don't think Harry and Leatherwood were about him being smart. It's low risk, high-reward moves for former 1st round picks that may have been in bad situations. Belichick is weird, he may have just not liked Harry for whatever reason. Leatherwood did get chances, but maybe the Raiders didn't have a scheme fit for him?
