I wouldn't make it a strict thing like Ortega/Hermosillo, but I'd start shifting Rivas/Schwindel to more of a platoon unless/until Schwindel starts hitting better

 

Speaking of Hermosillo put him in the game, maybe for Happ?

Two years ago you'd see this score and assume the Cubs had 4 or 5 homers

 

You’d also assume that the Cubs used up all their offense in this game and would score 3 combined runs in the next 4 games

Pirates announcers are always awful. Today not so bad. Mostly silence.

 

Yeah, they've mostly been in awe of the Cub offense and haven't been making any dumb excuses. Total hat tip by these two nimrods
