It's strange to see a highly drafted Iowa OL to not start at the position he was drafted, I'm not sure it's happened since Gallery

Mack and Jackson better play or else they should have been put on short-term IR. This would be Mack's 3rd game missed (minimum for IR) and if Jackson doesn't practice this week, I don't see him playing 4 days later on Thanksgiving, which would be his 3rd full game missed. I'm guessing/hoping the vets are just getting an extra day to come back from the off week. Hoping all (Mack, Jackson, Hicks) are at least practicing on a limited basis tomorrow.

Looks like the Bears signed FA Edge Rusher Bruce Irvin.

After Mercilus went down with a torn bicep, and Gary hyperextended his elbow, Bruce Irvin was a FA I thought might have some gas left in the tank for the Packers to consider. Especially for about half a season. He's coming off a torn ACL, but he did have 8 1/2 sacks two seasons ago. Might end up being a good pick up. The worst that can happen is the Bears cut him if he's ineffective.
