Local news last night was interviewing random fans visiting for the Sugar Bowl. If it were not for the colors of the hats, I would not have been able to tell the difference between Ohio people and South Carolina people. If anything, the Ohio people were even more hicks.

The sad thing is, this Notre Dame team is way way better by almost any measure than the team that played Alabama 8 years ago, and better than all but a handful of other programs right now, and it just doesn't matter. I don't know what anyone is supposed to do.

Seriously though, it’s demoralizing having Bama be Bama every single freaking year.

Bama Clemson and Ohio State are basically just in their own class and there are no signs of it changing any time soon. Might as well expand the playoffs to 8 or 12 so that least other teams can pretend they have a shot. And it might actually make the top talent spread out a bit since other teams can make the playoff

Personally I prefer Saban over Dabo. Was really happy last year when LSU pounded them in the title game.
