It was 50° with a 6 mph wind in full daylight. The stadium was not a factor last Sunday.

 

i'm not making excuses for him but at soldier field the wind is always a factor. doesn't matter what the weather report says. the lakefront is a different animal when it comes to that horsefeathers and the stadium design doesn't appear to help at all.

Plus I'm assuming that the actual field at Soldier Field is still made up of ground up animal corpses and medical waste.

he missed the filed goal by inches. the field wanst the issue. the weather wasnt the issue. he just flat out aimed poorly, ever so slightly poorly, but poorly. it had plenty of distance

how does missing by inches make the wind less of a factor?

at this point I'm 98% spitballing. But I do think Pineiro hasnt been all that great and has work to do in order to not become the next Parkey. He's not playing all that well
