Don’t look now but they are hot!! Winners of 6 of their last 10 and 3 in a row! Both best streaks in the NL Central. Of course I’m talking about the Reds.

 

The Cubs will be going up against the Artist Formerly Know as The Dark Knight. I see the Cubs Donging off him plenty of times.

 

The Reds offense will attempt to keep up, but as Prince once sang and Kyle Hendricks will apply, “Move over baby, gimme the keys I’m gonna(going) try to tame your little red love machine.”

I would like to apologize to Aaron and the entire Northside Baseball community, except for R Mack and that one poster who pretended to be a Cubs fan but was a Cardinals fan who got mad when someone ripped on their infield defense, for saying the other day that the Cubs offense has produced a lot of boring TV for me this season.

 

After speaking with a KC Royals fan last night who really does know boring TV, and with our offense in the top 10 in runs, OBP, average and slugging, it was an irresponsible statement.

 

My expectations are for a Super Team, and they have been one. It’s pretty ignorant of me to not be satisfied.

I was just teasing you. We're good in my book. The complaints were fine. I just thought the thread seemed like everyone was attending the 2018 Cubs' funeral. Just wanted everyone to not forget about all the good stuff.
