Well, well, well, looks like #WeAreGood. These bums sure put those fraud Brewers in their place, hopefully we continue our dominance over Wild Card 2 contenders/teams that are going to end up around .500. We should have ourselves some nice Dongin' weather for the series, hopefully the bats come alive and the pitching continues to be excellent and Kris gets his revenge against his attempted murderers.

Also let's just not do the red ass thing and hit any of the Rockies guys and get one of our own guys hurt or suspended and just do the right thing by giving them death by DONGS. Win you jerk faced idiots.

I'm surprised this is on ESPN... wonder if the Rockies have been on national TV at all (besides last year's WC game) since like 2008.

You are surprised a matchup of two 2017 playoff teams is on national tv?

Wouldn't hate to see Schwarber get more starts vs. lefties. Not sure how else he's going to get better against them unless he gets AB's.

A bigger concern is not having Zobrist leadoff when he is out there.

My ideal lineup today...

Zobrist

Baez

Bryant

Rizzo

Contreras

Russell

Happ

SP

Almora

Almora is just fine leading off against a lefty.

He's fine for it I agree but I still think he's their 2nd best option. Almora has been cold this past week, his approach is not nearly been as good as Zobrist and his .387 against lhp is propped by a .350 babip.

I mean ESPN definitely has it's favorites... Yankees/Red Sox/Cubs/Cardinals/Astros/Dodgers get significant airtime over the rest of the league. Other than opening day where multiple games are aired, teams like Colorado/Arizona/Milwaukee/Toronto/Minnesota, who have been pretty good in recent years are rarely featured. Just an observation.

Then why are you surprised the Cubs/Rockies are on national TV tonight?

You realize ESPN has baseball on like 3 nights a week right? There is probably some added prominence to playing on Sunday Night Baseball, but the weekday games definitely get a wider variety of teams.

Win turds

But alas this team refuses to have the pitching and bats be dialed in on the same day.

The wind howling to right center will be from the swings and misses according to Jesse, so it shall be done.

Probably about time we move Rizzo down in the order.

Move him all the way down to AAA, IMO

Finally time to install Schwarber as the full time 1B
