25 and 8 in the tank W for Lauri.

I swear everytime I watch the Bulls he misses every shot he takes. I don't think I've seen him hit a 3 live yet

that's twice now he's had a monster first half and hasn't been able to have a monster game largely bc of his minutes limit. i get it and it's smart, but dang.

fwiw I've watched maybe 20 mins total but yeah it always seems like I turned it on and he misses multiple shots and then I turn it off

i'm not sure i've ever seen a shooter like this on the bulls...at least, not one with more than just that skill (unlike say korver or kerr). the polish on him already at his age is very impressive.

Man, if Dunn could learn to shoot.....He'd be a VERY interesting piece himself. As it is, I'm still hopeful he develops into a true starter caliber player.

And protect that ball. That's been a big knock on him.

12 and 7 in the first half for Lauri. 5-7 and 2-2 from 3.

Edit: Maybe not? ESPN is changing stats lol. Still, appears to have had a decent half.

Guess he finished with 13 and 9. Which is fine, very balanced scoring tonight.....But, what in the blue hell are they doing beating Orlando by 20? In Orlando.

Those shots are just gonna fall some nights and when you're jacking up 30 3s a game...

Imagine how disappointing the return will be when the Bulls trade him in a few years.

i saw someone else make this joke on twitter and i just didn't see how it lands...the bulls have traded a good player for a disappointing return in recent memory...once? (which ironically he was part of the return for)

typically they've traded disappointing players, sometimes for surprisingly good returns.

yeah it's a high variance style of play and a lot of teams do it

It's really a roulette wheel as to how this will not work out for the Bulls, and I just happened to pick that one of the many, many options as to how this will inevitably end poorly for them.

They weren't good players, but I'm guessing dumping Taj and McDermott for exactly horsefeathering nothing for no real reason is probably part of the joke.
