Pulling Lester with 2 outs and a runner on first, not pulling Carl until 2 batters after it was clear he was bad Carl, letting his closer pitch to 2 extra batters in a 5 run game with Game 5 in 24 hours

Only one I agree with you on is not pulling Carl sooner. I don't think 12 total pitches today for Wade is a factor.
