eh. at the risk of sounding like a knuckle-dragger i'll buy a bit into the mentality that there were a lot of stress-free, low risk pitches. i would have preferred fewer pitches but i'm not overly concerned with the number considering jon's track record.

horsefeathers really? I guess that makes sense. Going from historically great to bottom 5 in def eff helps explain going from best starters ERA in baseball to bottom 5 in baseball.
