Can't give the reigning ERA leader anything on the corner after he puts 3 straight in the same spot. What are the odds a Cub Ks this inning on that exact location

Joe said yesterday that Kyle is dealing with a dead arm right now so I guess that could be some reassurance.

Why didn't Monty or someone from AAA get a spot start then? With how much they are tying to manage pitcher rest/innings, that would seem to make sense.
