Joe said yesterday that Kyle is dealing with a dead arm right now so I guess that could be some reassurance.

Why didn't Monty or someone from AAA get a spot start then? With how much they are tying to manage pitcher rest/innings, that would seem to make sense.

I don't think the dead arm thing is a rest issue. You just pitch through it until it goes away.

I'm fact, might be a result of the way they've managed them since most pitchers seem to go through it in spring training

Brewers are slapping oppo dongs all over our faces and Rizzo and Bryant can't even get it out of the infield vs Tommy freakin' Milone. Baseball can be so dumb

Looks like we know who's going on the bereavement list next.

All of our hopes?

I wonder if the MLB offices computers still run on Windows 98, because that's the equivalent of still letting humans call balls and strikes

So how is everybody doing? Duke and David (and I think TT) are still super confident in this talented group, and the sluggish start has not impacted Sofa's humor. Others (maybe even a few players?) are still basking in the glow of the World Series title. But are any of you starting to mentally crack at all or is any doubt starting to creep in, or are most using last season as a teaching tool and realize that everything will be just fine?

We are going to be fine and still win 95+ games. This recent stretch has just been super annoying

Zobrist's bat has looked dead lately. I remember a similar stretch(es) last year early on when it seemed like the ball was going nowhere off his bat.
