That wasn't out of this world but was pretty good. I don't think I will ever not get chills recalling some of these moments.

Yeah I'm sure there's a better doc to be made out of having access to the players and the footage, but it's still about the Cubs winning the World Series so it's great.

 

I'm firmly in the Cubs won so who cares camp, and acknowledge that if anything had went different it could have gone bad in different ways but the pregame talk between Joe and Theo is the first time I was annoyed with Joe's managing in Game 7. It seemed to me that Joe had predetermined that he was pulling Kyle after 5, while Theo was confident Kyle could go 6/7.

Most of the interviews I already saw on Reign Men. They were aired during Christmas when they were replaying all the playoff games. Still a really nice documentary

There was a few good anecdotes that I hadn't heard before, so that was fun. And I still got very emotional over the whole thing. And it was hilarious that the one guy that couldn't keep himself from swearing was Theo....lol

Set it to record about a week ago and put an extra hour on because of the Blackhawks game. But since we have a new baby both my mom and mother-in-law were over last night and somehow them watching American Housewife on demand made it stop recording 5 minutes in... We're supposed to be able to record 4 things at once. Good thing it's back on Thursday.

thanks. i thought it was kind of lame how they only showed still photographs instead of actual game clips, but apparently that's only on the version they put on the website. mlb would let them use the clips for tv, but not the website. still pretty good, though.

I haven't read the book yet, but that was in the SI excerpt and it's my favorite part so far.
