What's the point in having concussion protocol if dude's who get hit in the head and are completely out of it on the field are let back into the game a few minutes later? Conley takes a vicious hit to his head in the fourth quarter, looks like he couldn't tell you what country he was in or what game he was playing, and he's back in a couple plays later.

 

And I know the answer is the NFL doesn't really give a horsefeathers, they just care that people think they care about concussions.

I don't know the exact wording, but I'm pretty sure the rules are written to be pretty lenient on recoveries that carry you into the end zone. On one of the replays it looked like one of the defender's legs was already in the end zone as he grabbed the ball, so he gets a fair amount of leeway to roll into the end zone.
