Is there an effective way to harass the MLB Shop people about something not arriving? The last thing to ship (a 12M size t-shirt for my son, who thankfully can't fit in it yet anyway) is stuck in FedEx hell somewhere. The tracking info I got is apparently wrong because it's not where the tracker says it is. When I e-mailed to ask for some help, including specifically mentioning the tracking info is wrong, they just replied saying here is your tracking number, it's on the way.

 

 

I ordered the same for my son and it was delivered Monday before Thanksgiving, and a second one I did not order arrived the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The 2nd one had my address on the label but the packing slip had someone who lived outside of Green Bay. I emailed them saying I wanted to return it, but they said they would charge the guy from Green Bay a return fee so I just kept it. They seem to be all screwed up with orders.

I was able to dig up a phone number for them and they said they'd ship out another one and to just return the original one if it arrived. We'll see what happens I suppose.

I'm having similar results with Fansedge.com. One of my fed ex shipments went from Ohio-TN-Burbank IL-Chicago-Berlin Wi- Now its going to be delivered by the post office with estimated delivery Thursday. No idea

Got the MLB official 2016 Chicago Cubs championship paperback book today, and I'm still waiting on the hardcover official coffee-table style book (temporarily out of stock on Amazon). I also recently bought four of the World Series championship tumbler glasses from my local Jewel-Osco, along with matching coasters.

 

As for MLBShop, some of my items came very quickly, but my 3' by 5' Cubs W flag took 3 weeks to arrive after I ordered it. No tracking information or updates until a few days before I got the item, and even the tracking number was the wrong one. At least I got all my merchandise...

Mine got cancelled and refunded (fanatics.com). Devastated, Christmas is ruined.

I had 4 different packages not show up that showed delivered. They either resent the same item if still in stock or refunded me the money. Also got $40 credit to use as an apology. MLB's customer service is pretty great.

Ordered 6 shirts and the knit cap on Nov 11th from MLBShop. Still waiting on the Knit cap. I'm hoping all these places getting them back in stock means it shows up soon.

Just got an email that Amazon has shipped the World Series Blu Ray (8 disk). Should be here Tuesday!

Mine shipped Saturday from Fanatics and is due to be delivered Wednesday. It's sitting in Wheeling, Illinois since last night. Someone over at Reddit already go theirs and said you can watch each game with the Pat and Ron radio feed

the last of my items (ordered 42 days ago) was out for delivery as of 8:58 am today! mail man came and went around 1:00 pm as per usual, no package delivered (2 other unrelated boxes made it)

 

a) what's the point of FedEx if they don't actually deliver anything anymore?

2) I think I have the worst post office and delivery people ever, but that's a rant for another day

Nothing but because I have wacky inlaws from Cincinnati I somehow got poster signed by most of the Big Red Machine which is actually kind of cool but a little disappointing because of lack of Cubs stuff.

 

Oh well got plenty of money I can blow on stuff
