Hey Smoltz, how about giving Baez credit for the sacrifice fly? If you are going to continually question his ability to advance runners, maybe acknowledge when he does exactly what he is supposed to do.

He got moved up yesterday and popped out a couple time. He's still got plenty to prove with men on and that was a great AB for him as he works to cement himself in the middle of the lineup.

I did a terrible and long rendition of an FJM article in a thread recently about how he was saying the cubs were evil and unfair to the dodgers because they got the prime time spots.

 

then after last night he was saying "the cubs are terrible, they are horrible" or something along those lines. it's in some thread but I have no idea where now. he's a hack writer and despicable and doesn't deserve the attention you or I should ever give him.

 

He had a quote in his latest article that said: "Just asking, but how did that team win 103 games during the regular season?"
