It's nice to see Heyward hit the ball hard, and in the air, but even when it looks like he absolutely crushes the ball it still BARELY clears the fence.

meh, it's petco

granted it's not as insanely deep in that prat of the park as it used to be

E Jax vs Heyward: What happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object.

I know what you're trying to do, but it doesn't work

Oh no.

It's pretty wild that Addison Russell will probably hit more home runs as a Cubs shortstop than most living Cubs fans have ever seen

Heyward's swing on that dong still made me nauseous. But a cool AB anyway.

his swing was ugly when he was good too

with that HR tonight, heyward's contribution probably just passes the $10M mark in value this year.

Unfortunately, this is one of his prime seasons. I went into the year expecting a 4 WAR season from him on the low end.

I horsefeathering love the way Bryant and the majority of the rest of our guys bust it down the line on routine grounders. Easy to have slogans like Respect 90 but it's another thing to actually get your guys to buy into it. Come a long ways from the likes of Aramis Ramirez.

Haha I figured the Rammy comment wouldn't play well. Loved the hell out of the guy, he raked, but his laziness on top of the losing seasons at the end of his tenure was frustrating.
