Yes our bullpen is a concern when our 3rd best relief pitcher is on the DL and our 2nd best one just pitched for the first time in 2 weeks. Our offense would be a concern too if Rizzo and Bryant were out at the same time

You do remember when a worse Cubs team hammered a better Cards team in the playoffs, just last year, right?

Again just very fitting as this is the exact same thing that happened 2 weeks ago to Seattle.

 

Splitting a series at home sucks but whatever. Still time to come back and win this one

 

I have to read this to myself a bunch and take some deep breaths. These last two games don't matter at all. Splitting the series is all the work we needed to do.

 

Blowing 2 two run leads in a row really sucks though. It really, really sucks.
