Concepcion definitely failed to impress. He looked like he MIGHT be another James Russell, a tick more velocity is all, rather than an actual first division arm during this callup.

 

If we're talking James Russell v. '12-'14, that comes pretty close to a first division arm, no?

He's just thrown in Arizona, so that kind of makes it unlikely. But AZPhil mentioned he likely has an early opt out in his contract too.
