not getting Lester to 3rd there is criminal

Giving up an out on purpose with the hottest hitter in the lineup would have been criminal. Dex hit it hard, just for an out.

Dexter should swing away there, but he didn't hit it hard, he popped it 200 feet in the air to short LCF.

He hit a lazy fly ball just past SS into shallow LF... But I agree, no problem having him swing there

Pat made it sound like it was hit hard.

Of course that's literally the first time all season the Rockies haven't allowed a run with a man on second and no one out. -_-

This guy keeps making good pitches. We're making him work though the last couple of innings, hopefully we breakthrough. Edited by bcl412

Rockies pitchers have really made it tough on Cubs hitters except for that late outburst yesterday. I have no idea who any of these guys are but well good on em I guess.

I know it's early in the year Wrigley but Zobrist fly balls to the OF seem to go rather unimpressive distances from where it seems like they will go off the bat

Who are you going to believe? Pat or random internet people?

Jon Lester seems to take way more hard luck losses than any other pitcher on the team. (Of course this game isn't over and also he's paaartly to blame for insisting on Ross and his own bat)

Gonna guess that 7+ ERA that Rockies starters had going into this series is going down :(

Good thing we can tee off on the Cards this week
