Even the best teams have 60 games like this. It wasn't a horrible game at all. Lester pitched well. We had scoring chances even if the offense overall wasn't great. Friday's game was much much worse

this team - after today's loss - is on pace to win 112 games in the regular season. they clearly aren't clicking on all cylinders, but enough has gone right for them to win 9 out of the first 12 games. hand-wringing about a third loss in 12 damn games sucks. I'm slightly bummed they lost today, too. i wish they would have won, of course. but then i'm like, "well they're still the best horsefeathering team in the majors with the best horsefeathering players" and I get over it.

it's not a debate. it's a matter of being mature and cognizant of the situation and just knowing that it's BASEBALL and teams lose. a lot. even the best teams.

New here...Lester is batting 500 on the year now...didnt think that would ever happen

Heyward is disappointing so far

Might have swung at ball four but today the zone is fluid at best
