That is some of the worst writing I've ever seen. "Kris Bryant is vulnerable against power pitchers. Here are some random pitchers that I've cherry picked. One is Adam Wainwright. Yea, I'm going to classify him as a power pitcher, even though he barely throws 90."

 

Let's just check and see how Bryant's done against the ultimate power pitcher, the MLB leader in average mph and all around badass, Noah Syndergaard. .667/.667/1.167 ... about what I figured.

I just got a couple text messages that they cited nsbb on the air. So that's cool.

that article had 103 hits when I looked at it yesterday morning...

Of the hits to the articles for yesterday and today:

 

2226 are direct hits (people who typed in northsidebaseball.com or used a favorite)

222 are referrals (60 for cbslocal where I made the comment on the stupid article, 44 from disq.us, 38 from deadspin looking for swastika tats on cards fans, etc.

424 from search (most common search term: what nationality is addison russell?)

363 from social media (287 from Reddit, 87 from twitter, 9 from facebook)

I think that click through rate is indicative of the nature of the sites. reddit is basically built to have people click though on the links to see the content. On twitter and facebook, it seems that people mostly just read the message and don't click through.
