But their first two qualifiers are Jamaica and Costa Rica, not Jamaica and Panama.

 

EDIT: It's first two home qualifiers, which are Jamaica and Canada.

I generally do not have a Euro 2020 rooting interest, but I am definitely rooting for Denmark to get to the knockout round after that UEFA fiasco over the Erikson tragedy.

 

So far so good, with Denmark up 4-1 while Belgium leads Finland 2-0. Scores staying like that would put Denmark 2nd in the group and they'd advance automatically.

Or Hungary, if they win.

 

don't think so - it's the group runner up.

 

Anyway, France gives up a handling penalty . . . Kounde's arm was definitely raised but wouldn't you say having your arms up to indicate the ball went out is a natural position?

Top half of the draw is rough. Two best teams (or at least two of the top 3) in the bottom half playing each other in the R16.

 

especially if you believe Germany is washed up and England massively overrated (as always). Hard to know how good Netherlands is either . . . Spain's path is brutal although I think they will handle Croatia without too much trouble.
