You guys are crazy with the french toast love. Pancakes and waffles are both much better. I think top tier pancakes are better than anything, but agree that they are harder to make and not the compilers that french toast and waffles are.

Neither are hard to make. Both, however, are incredibly easy to horsefeathers up. You're going to get a bunch of french toast weirdos screaming that that isn't so, but they're savages who would eat a plate of dirt if you put enough ketchup on it.

I can't believe anyone thinks any of these things are difficult to make.

My wife made banana muffin waffles this weekend. Well, she made the batter and I manned the waffle iron (ain't no one touching my horsefeathering waffle iron). Those may have put waffles over the top.

Skip all three and give me a mountain of scrambled eggs please. And obviously some bacon.

yeah, back to what i said earlier. i have no idea how people can eat eggs, esp scrambled, in large quantities. i like scrambled eggs. but no horsefeathering way can i eat more than like 3, maybe 4, before i am repulsed by eggs. just one of those things i guess.

french toast is like pizza. i have yet to meet a slice of french toast that wasn't delicious when slathered with enough butter and syrup.

Always settling, David. Always settling.

the point is these things are all just a medium to get as much syrup, powdered sugar, and butter in our mouths as possible. as long as they aren't rotten or something, their main features are texture and their ability to withstand the soaking in syrup.

The only acceptable way to eat eggs is over medium

Over medium eggs are great, but I'll eat the horsefeathers out of scrambled eggs too. I could eat 10 eggs in a sitting. Maybe my favorite food.

Soak up that yolk with your toast and bacon

Heck yes. Ultimate breakfast for me is some kind of monstro skillet with an over easy or over medium egg on top.
