Wtf. If Bryant would have slid to avoid the tag this wouldn't even be a replay. He slid right into the catcher lol

 

Not only that but he didn't even lead with his outstretched leg.

Someone please teach Bryant how to slide.

 

He can slide like that all he wants if he's going to hit .450, but yeah that was like pretty much the only slide he could have made to get tagged out.

I think he was trying to hook slide and forgot to actually aim for the outside of the plate.
