He's a little amped up, but I expect a lot of at-bats like this from him. This is what guys who whiff of 33% of their AAA swings look like against good MLB pitching. He's still going to put 25+ mistakes over the wall this year.

At the very least you can take solace that this isn't a Bryant-only problem today. Even if you take out Bryant's 3 Ks, Shields still has a 30% K rate on the day.
