Hornacek did do the 20-5-50-40 that year (91-92). It's supposed to be 20-5-50-40, not 30-5-50-40. Bird technically did the 30-5-50-40 in 87-88 with 29.9 pts/gm. Also Bird actually did it 4 years in a row, but they actually left out 86-87 season for some reason.

I'm sure the cavs will get better. But this team doesn't seem to have the intimidation factor of the 2010 heat despite the common slow start. I don't know if they will ever learn to defend. I'm not sure this dude Blatt can coach. The 2010 heat beat the bulls via suffocating defense. This big 3 is more like run TMC than the heatles.
