Nervous for game 1 on the road? I dunno...I'm not. I'll be honest, I'm having a hard time with believing the Lightning actually have a shot in this series. I think the Hawks are a much better team. If I were a braver man, I'd predict a sweep. As it is, I'll say Hawks in 5.

You may well be right. But they had a better goal differential in the regular season, CORSI loves them, and we've had trouble with teams that can match our speed. I don't think this is going to be near as easy as many Hawks fans and outside observers do.

While that is true, I wonder what CORSI says about their bottom two lines. This is what should be the difference in the series. It should be Hawks in 6. I don't see too many "experts" saying Hawks in 4 or 5.

I would assume if their bottom two lines grade out terribly, then their top two lines grade out pretty darn good.

You never know with Bickell, he may flip the switch and run wild. I'm fine with keeping him in the lineup especially since there isn't a viable alternative.

Very good news that TVR might get in.

Couldn't swing going to the game tonight, in fact will miss most of it while on a plane without wifi. Wistfully recalling when SWA promised wifi on all planes by the end of 2013...

But not nervous for this one. Just win one of two there.

They seem way faster than us.

Meh energy from the home crowd.

Opponents scored first in the other 2 SCF G1s too

I don't know this looks like more than a meh

It's reminicent of that first period in game 5 against the Ducks where all the action was on the wrong side of the ice. Obviously different team and different style of team but the tide can turn quickly with these Hawks

Their speed and passing has me concerned.

We'll adjust. We always do. We just came off a series playing a different type of team. It's not like we've never beaten teams like this before
